From planning stages to completion of your renovation, no detail is overlooked. Rx Hammer will ensure , you’ll be carefully guided through every step of the process, and professional support is never more than a phone call away.

 

Inquiry

The first step of the process begins with the initial inquiry from the client., Preferrably through the form on our website or by email, or a simple phone call.. Once submitted, A experienced member of our team evaluates the project and contacts you within the day or two

 

 

Site Visit

 

In order to provide the initial estimate, Our business owner  will meet with you and visit the proposed project site, He  will discuss different options and ideas so you really will have the projects of your dreams. Upon visiting you, he will work with you to gather all the information required to give you an accurate budget and a comprehensive scope of work to be completed.

 

 

Estimate

 

This comprehensive Estimate will give you a rough indication of the cost of the proposed project as discussed at the initial site visit with the owner . The Estimate with provide you with a scope of work, estimated start date and a planned payment schedule. If the Estimate is approved, we will move forward to the next step.

 

Booking

 

In order to complete the booking process the following must be done.

 

  • A signed copy of our estimate must be submitted to Rx Hammer Construction Inc.

via email or hard copy

 

  • Deposit must be paid to book a project. Deposits amounts will be listed on estimate and will vary depending on scope of work, usually 10-35 % of the final price.

 

Once both obligations have been met. You will receive a receipt and your project will be put in the schedule.

 

A quickbooks invoice will then be formatted to further break down costs and keep you in the loop so you can be assured your money has been accounted for and know where you stand on payments and balance. Any upgrades or changes on the project will be reflected in this invoice, so you can ensure your budget will not be blown on the final bill.
